Possible blogger?

I thought I'd try my hand at the blogging world I'm really bored at work, so voila, Life with The Luce's is born!  I know our life is so super interesting and I'll probably make a career out of this so I'm going to try really hard.  Big joke!  I'm really doing this to keep up with friends and family and "scrapbook" our life.  I don't want to forget a single thing, except the tremendous amount of calories I consumed due to the lack of patients I have tonight.

I guess well start out with our life story?  That sounds appropriate.  I'm Lacey Luce, formerly Friesen, from good ol' Lufkin, Texas.  I've lived here my entire life, except for my college career, and absolutely adore the Pineywoods.  I'm a dog loving, Dr. Pepper drinkin country girl who found her nitch in taking care of babies and mommas.  I married my high school sweetheart after 10 years of dating and graduating from TCU with my RN, BSN.  Sorry dad for the extra semester, I'll send the bill to Dr. Barcelona!  Chase also grew up here and spent his college days at SFASU.  He's a branch manager and loan officer at Texas State Bank in Huntington.  (anyone who needs loans-he's your guy).  We bought our first home together (tour to come) a couple of months before saying I do. This is our life as we know it, pretty picture perfect with no complaints.  Can't wait to share it with you!
